Special leave was denied. (The decison can be found <a href="http://www.ipo.gov.uk/ct12012-special" rel="nofollow">here</a> (pdf)) <br />The current application refers back to the same grounds, but as it now falls outside the embargo period, the Tribunal can hear the reference.
