Reports are coming in to chill the heart of the stoutest copyright (and trademark or patent)optimist. A new category is on offer on Pirate Bay - that of the Physible - digital objects made manifest via a 3D printer. Currently such printers can spew out small plastic widgets or trinkets but, conceivably, pirated 3 dimensional objects thanks to 3D scanning and on-line sharing may be just around the corner. Ulp! Except (see right) for the only 3D physible this blogger would steal.
