A few months
ago this Blog reported news of
first official recognition by Swedish authorities of new church known
as Kopimism.
As our readers will remember, the central tenet of
Kopimism is the right to file-share and its sacred symbols are CTRL+C and
CTRL+V.
Apparently this new religion has been very successful
so far and has gathered thousands of believers.
As reported
by TorrentFreak, two of them
(a Romanian lady and her Italian beau) have eventually fallen in love and
decided to share their nuptial vows under Kopimist service.

This is not the
only things newly-weds were invited to share at the ceremony (photos here; video here), which was
held last weekend in Belgrade, during the Share conference.
Indeed,
the Kopimist priest also invited the newlyweds to “copy and remix some
DNA-cells and create a new human being.”
A spokesperson for
the Kopimist Church commented: "We are very happy today. Love is all about sharing. A married couple share everything with each other.”
Apparently - as
foreseeable - nuptial vows under Kopimist rules do not include sexual exclusivity and
fidelity. As explained by TorrentFreak, the Church of Kopimism allows the
couple to share their love with others, as long as those others don’t steal
it.
