Hugo Cox, IPKat friend and 1709 blogger, is nearing the end of a project starting up Penguin's ebook business. He is now looking to make his CV available to any interested party. Hugo's IP and media law experience is complemented by a publishing background, as a managing editor. His qualifications include an exhibition to Oxford, a 2.1 law degree and LPC distinction.
