A Californian court has granted summary judgment against isoHunt, one of the world’s biggest torrent-indexing sites. The court established that isoHunt has inducement liability for copyright infringement. Evidence of inducement includes box office hit movie lists, technical assistance for infringing users, technical features promoting infringement and a business model depending on infringement.Report of LA Times here.
