Is it legal to sell digital downloads?
More on the recent debate about the legality of consumers re-selling digital downloads they have purchased (currently being tested in the US courts in the ‘Re-Digi’ case) here from a UK perspective with reference to the new European Consumer Rights Directive and a potential revised definition of 'tangible goods'?
