The Bollywood amendments: a request for feedback
The 1709 Blog has learned that Nandita Saikia, an IP lawyer in India, has been writing a paper on the "Bollywood Amendments" -- the proposed amendments in the Indian Copyright (Amendment) Bill 2010 which relate to the film and music industry. She is still in the process of writing-up and tells us that it's available on SSRN here (where it is under constant review).
